The location was quite good, and both the apartment itself as well as the surrounding area were nice and quiet.
There was plenty of free parking, as well as safe outside storage for our bicycles.
The apartment was quite small, with little counter or storage space. While technically almost everything advertised was there (the missing microwave was particularly noticeble), the feeling was that the apartment had been furnished on the cheap: a simpler TV would be hard to imagine. For what we got, the place was not inexpensive.
