The short stroll to the beach. The swimming pool
The approach road from the main road is so narrow two vehicles have difficulty passing each other. We had to reverse several times!
The villa itself seriously needs a new kitchen plus, the cutlery and utensils were well below acceptable. Maybe more comfortable beds too.

Electric power cut most of the time even in the midnight…
Some of the cooking vessels were not clean and rusted.

Lovely garden and pool. Close to beach. Caretaker was helpful when asked.
Could be so much better! A little imagination could improve the room so much, eg bedside table, replace the dirty and old curtains, a rail to hang clothes, more than 2 loungers, some shade by the pool.
The kitchen in 'villa' is not well equipped and would be frustratingly small if you need to share with other guests. It is not clear if the kitchen is available to all, as some new guests in the 'villa' seemed to think it belonged to them even though they only occupied one room.
It is close to beach but a long walk to any shops or restaurants.
We moved to marari beach bungalow which is more expensive but so much more comfortable.
