Graziella is by no doubts the best host I had so far: super available, nice, full of attention, respectful and willing to help. My boyfriend and I were in Las Palmas to meet with my boyfriend's brother: she was helping even him to find a better accomodation and giving him contacts and recomandation! One day I wanted to prepare some tiramisu and she bought the biscuits for me and leave them at the door for not bother us as we were working! The flat is perfect for 2 people, we had everything for the breakfast, also for cooking (there is oil, salt, even pasta!) and all the tools needed (not just pans). She also left 2 beers and a bottle of wine for us! Highly highly recommended

I liked everything. Maybe I can point out few things about the area: if you are going to take a car, be aware that parking spots are free but hard to find in the area. I suggest to move around by taxy or public transport. We decided to walk to the city center or the beach and it is 30 minutes walk downhill. Coming back at night is absolutely safe but challenges if you generally don't walk. The flat is not in the city center but it has everything needed so it depends what you are looking for.

The least that we can say is that Graziella knows how to host people. Everything was perfect! She was super nice and full of little attentions, the fridge was full when we arrived and the apartment has everything that one may need and even more. We felt at home and would definitely come back. Thank you again Graziella!

extremely friendly host, nice facilities and amenities, fully packed fridge and cupboard with various different things for daily use, incredible breakfast. spices, oils, shampoos, shower gels, soaps, towels, bedsheets provided, cozy interior, not far (~30min) walk from the center, several bus stops nearby, quiet neighborhood, a larger shop 3mins walking distance, nice rooftop terrace for tanning or having a coffee with views, Graziella also made sure we were provided with sunbed towels, covers, umbrellas, car accessories etc.

there was a slightly weird smell in the apartment, not noticable when being there, only when coming back home and entering. certainly not a food or perfume smell. children were doing some kind of sports activities every day from 5-7pm below the inner building’s windows

Graziella is one of the nicest hosts we have met while traveling. Very welcoming, waited till very late at night to give us the key and helped finding the parking space. The breakfast was excellent, we found enough food not just for the week of our stay but it would be enough for an additional week:) The apartment was very clean and cosy, we also got the accessoirs to bring along to the beach, chairs, sun umbrella and much more. Definitely reccomend it and hope to come back soon again.

Our host Graziella was wonderful and very helpful for everything. She has info about anything you could want and is very sweet. The apartment is very clean and has a good location (bus station, grocery store, pharmacy, etc...). It also has everything you could wish for in a kitchen and everything for hiking or going to the beach. Its also very nicely decorated and has good WIFI. All in all, its a great apartment with a great host, it's perfect for couples and I would very much recommend it, 10/10.

We had an amazing stay at Graziella's appartment. She is very welcoming and friendly, and the appartment is clean, fully equipped, with good breakfast, and in a convenient location for finding easily a parking place for the rented car.
