Awesome staff and great hospitality

An absolutely incredible stay! The villa was super spacious and well maintained. The staff are all so lovely and incredibly accommodating with great response times on Whatsapp. The in-villa breakfasts were such a nice touch too! If we come back to Seminyak for a holiday, we will definitely stay here again!
Nothing!

The location, just far enough away from the noise and bustle.. close enough to the beach. Everything you need around you and quick to get anywhere with Grab taxis.. and the pool was amazing for a quick (or long) dip.
Nothing to put here.

Loved the villa style, with private pool. Rooms were comfortable.
Lots of marks on the walls (there is a material part to the wall, someone has spilt some kind of liquid on it - making the room feel dirty) it seems it would need to be steam cleaned or the material replaced to actually make it look good again.
Mould on the curtains, and on the pool chair cushions.
The couch inside was absolutely disgusting, I just refused to sit on it.
There was a consistent squealing noise in the pool area, we asked staff what it was (it was loud enough to disturb you relaxing by the pool) they said they think it was the pool pump. But nothing was done about it during our stay. The pool also felt dirty. It felt like it needed a vacuum.
Breakfast was ok as long as you don’t order anything hot, the cooked breakfast was not edible. I would strongly suggest just ordering continental (toast, cereal or the pancakes were ok).
