Had beautiful stay at Georgia's apartment. It was that great that decided to stay 1 day more. Everything you need is near the apartment, you can go by walking to beaches, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, café etc., and it will not take more than 10min to go, and apartment is still calm and quiet during the night.
Very nice and lovely owner Georgia always will help if something is needed.

Very close to the port. easy check in and check out. The bed was very comfortable.

Owners are very nice people. Location is perfect:a peaceful pocket in the city center. Best view in Paleochora,sea and the mountains.

Good location with a partial sea view. Great sliding fly screen doors to the balcony worked really well.
so you could leave the main door open at night for fresh air.

Very well situated property with the main beach to one side and the harbour and tavernas on the other side. The studio was comfortable and a nice sea view. Even though there were other residential properties close by it was still a relatively quiet area so we slept really well,

The hosts were extremely lovely, the even gave us some ice cream! The place is lovely and close to restaraunts and the beach. Just a perfect spot for vacation

The location was okay. The rooms need an update. The owner forgot we were coming so we had to wait a bit before she arrived. They didn't clean our room during our stay (4 days). Only the garbage was removed. It is not an expensive place to be, so we didn't mind. Location is quiet and after a 3 minutes walk, you can have a nice breakfast in town.
Everything is bit old, so the rooms need an update.

The room was on the small side, but newly decorated and very clean. Georgia was very friendly and we managed a conversation even though she didn`t speak a lot of English and we don`t speak a lot of Greek.
We were offered room 2 and were told in advance that it didn`t have a balcony, which we were ok with, but we didn`t expect there to be no outdoor space at all, not even anywhere to hang things to dry. The room had 2 high up windows, one small one near the ceiling and another bigger one half way up the wall. We managed by sharing the washing line of the room next door. The small kitchenette was in the bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower all very close together at one end. Not the best for hygiene.

If you plan on spending most of your time at the beach and eating at all the local restaurants then this a perfect room for you. Simple clean and quiet space to come back to. Rally good fan and air con, big modern shower, enough of a kitchen to make your morning coffee or evening drinks etc and everything is modern and recently refurbished.
Welcoming and friendly mother downstairs who will help you with anything you need. 10 out of 10!

We spend two nights in Paleochora in this nice little Studio. Very friendly owner and very clean.
You´ll find no luxery but everything you need and that is OK.
When we ever stay in Paleochora we´ll stay her again.

A fantastic view and some lovely treats in the fridge! The owners were so helpful and accomodating.
The only thing that could be improved would be an oven - but not a make or break.

Central, clean, modern, functional. What else can I say, it was great for our 2 weeks holiday
The studio could have been slightly bigger. If you have a little extra to spend, Georgia has a fantastic apartment on the top floor.
