Vila Missy

The villa is in a quiet neighborhood, sloping upwards. Only a few steps into the back garden, the fortress of Deva shows up, large and clear, a short distance away (as the crow flies). The view of the fortress from here is much better than from downtown. Also, the sloping garden offers a panoramic view of the city, all the way to the Magura hillock. The garden is lush and quiet, and offers peace of mind. Apple trees offer their bountiful fruit within an arm's length. We picked a bag full of them. Breakfast was diverse, fresh and very tasty, reminded me of a small Austrian cottage. The small restaurant was flooded with golden morning light. Good music was humming softly from the radio. It was a great way to start the day, giving us energy and jolly vibes. Flying: from the Saulesti airstrip one can book flights over the city, including the fortress of Deva and the Huniade Castle.

Everything was wonderful. This accomodation exceeded our expectations.. Staff was excellent. Rooms were clean. Beds were super comfortable. The owner is absolutely a joy and we cannot wait to return. Thank you for making us feel at home ❤️
