Massena通りで、Massena 広場までレストラン、ショッピングが目白押し。海岸にも2ブロックで最高のロケーションでした。部屋も広く、快適でした。
1階のドアが暗証番号式で部屋はオートロックなので、
セキュリティも良いように思いました。
またお願いしたいです。
部屋は4階でしたが、エレベーターが無く、
大きなスーツケースを持ってきたので、
上り下りが大変でした。
荷物は小分けにしておく事をお勧めします。

Amazing location with air conditioning and helpful staff.

In the heart of a great area, restaurants and shops downstairs, old town only 5 minutes away and beach a couple blocks away. We parked at a car park only a 5 minute walk. Very spacious, well equipped apartment with comfy beds. Entry and stairwell a bit smelly as a seafood restaurant next door but as soon as you step into the apartment it smells fresh and clean. Well appointed kitchen and a bonus washing machine.
Just the smelly stairwell but not much that can be done about that.

The flat was immaculate. Could not fault it, very modern, very quiet even though it overlooked the la pietonne, the pedestrianized area, with its many restaurants. Great location.
The only problem I had was it was on the 3rd floor with no lift and I am 81.
My daughter had no problem with the stairs.

Agency was super rude, The room was 3rd floor and no elevator in apartment, While I and my wife were trying to carry our bags, the guy went up the stair without informing us which floor it was.
And in the stair, bad smell always, it smell like from toilet.
I would recommend to try to find some other accommodations.

Fantastic location and great host. Really appreciated how clean the apartment was and how quiet. Even in a busy district it was still peaceful during the evenings.

VERY GOOD LOCATION. COMFORTABLE APARTMENT.

The only positive of this bnb was the location. Quite central in the middle of Nice.
This was one of my most horrific experience.
1. When I made the booking it wasn't clear that the apartment was on 3rd floor, when I contacted the owner for cancelation, he simply didn't responded to my 10s of calls and 100s of messages.
2. My mom was old and couldn't walk up 3rd floor, there is no elevator. The owner was so rude that I cannot explain. The agency that handles this apartment is simply completely unprofessional.
3. The apartment is extremely bad. Don't get fascinated by the pics in the description. They are old. The apartment had cracks everywhere and was so so smelly.
4. The basic facilities like toiletries and toilet paper were missing.
5. The building is very old and shabby
6. Last but not the least, accidentally I dropped by smart watch in the apartment and asked the agency to return. They threatened me to first write a good review then only they would give it back to me. Booking saw those messages on their chat platform and paid me the money instead. Hence my honest review.
Please please please avoid this place. The agency is so bad. They are just not made for this business.

Verry good location, Aleksandar was helpful, professional and friendly, an additional value to the apartment! Absolutely recommended.
WiFi signal was bad, very often not possible to use at all. Nowadays it should not be an issue.

The apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms a living area and kitchen even though we were in a busy part of town you couldn’t hear the noise from the street below. The apartment had everything needed for our weekend break in Nice with a welcome pack of essentials left for our arrival. The Host was very helpful and met us on arrival and explained everything clearly to help our stay - we would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.
