The room, the bathroom and the entire room was super clean, the staff very helpful and ready to attend your requests, I was on the room #104 from Nov 7 to Nov 11, and whoever was in charge of the maintenance and keeping up with the supplies of any room at that level deserve my felicitations and hoping their supervisor pass my gratitude to the hard workers of the Hotel Gina in San Juan de los lagos Jalisco..
The bathroom sliding doors needed a little attention/cleaning on the bottom rail to help the doors slide freely...

You could say we were right in the center of everything.
That they don’t offer transportation to Booking clients.

It could be noisy.

The best thing about the hotel is its location - a short walk from the basilica, plaza and area shops. The hotel is relatively quiet and has an elevator.
TV did not work, we were not given a remote control for the air conditioning, there was no hot water in the evening (but there was hot water in the morning). The taxi could not enter the zone where the hotel is located, so it dropped us off at the corner (although it is a short walk to the hotel).
