Very responsive and polite owner, good location, 2 toilets and showers

One of the bedrooms is very bad - no daylight, the window looks at the lift, the smoke of sigaretes of neighbors is always in the room. In our case the apartment was badly cleaned - the sinks were perfect, but the floor, specially corners had old dust..

Everything was amazing: Location: close to Sants station and metro. Close to night bus stop, and within walking distance from placa espana and the dancing fountain. Apartment: three bedrooms and two bathrooms are very handy if you are traveling as a group, and I'm not sure there are many options like this. People: the owner is just great! Always happy to help anytime during your stay. I also loved the small details like providing breakfast Magdalenas, water and orange juice.

I was unlucky to be there in a very windy day, so the whole night was a bit noisy (but this has mainly to do with the overall building itself, not the apartment).

1. Location, metro, food outlet etc all nearby. A thai massage place right below the apartment 2. All facilities in the apartment including free parking 3. Host guilio was helpful and always there 4. A.c , wifi , 2 bathroom(1 very small), 1 balcony, cooking facilities etc

Cant complain but air coolers needs maintainance
