The location was outstanding and convenient to everything, especially the old town and Diocletian Palace.
The stone building and apartment layout and design was very nice.
The beds were comfortable.
The owner was pleasant.
There was an unpleasant odour in the bathroom, either from mold and/or sewer issues that would periodically permeate the entire apartment if the fan wasn't left running or if the outside door and window were not kept open. The bathroom door needed to be kept closed.
Some of the facilities need some professional maintenance such as the cutlery drawer, the loose sloping shelf under the bathroom mirror, the loose bathroom door handle, the loose shower head assembly, the loose kitchen faucet, and, the hot and cold being reversed on the bathroom sink faucet.

Very conveniently located, 5min walk to the old town and two grocery stores just around the corner. All the facilities we need are there. Hot water works well and bathroom is clean. Host is responsive, friendly and helpful. Quiet neighbourhood, no noise at all.
WiFi is not very stable but host is fixing it.

Location was the best, 3 min walk from the central old city.
The windows could not be safely closed and secured! No curtains on windows, except outdoor shutters.
The bathroom handle was about to fall off...
so was the electric plug on the wall in one of the bedrooms.
