Would recommend, the hospitality of this Ryokan is amazing. great stay. The owner is so kind and drives everyone around to their destination, including pick up and drop offs to the ski field.

The hostess was lively and had the most snuggly beds we have stayed in so far. Only 10 mins drive to ski field and walking distance to shops.

I wish we could have stayed longer

Quiet place that is 10 mins walk from the JR station, good restaurants and supermarket. Will stay again if I am back in Furano.

The owner lady was the nicest person. Our room was at the corner so we slept both windows open in early September and it was really comfortable.

We arrived late at night and the lady welcomed us very nicely, showing us rooms and facilities. My friends loved the cleanliness of the ryokan and we told to ourselves that staying at this ryokan felt like at grandma's house because of the comfort. The lady also offered us a ride to the nearest train/bus station and gave us many alternatives for our trip. The cold tea was very refreshing after a long ride by bus to reach the facility. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and revisit if we have the occasion.

It was a small town and dark at night, but we found the place alright.

I like how clean everything was. Host was gracious and everything was labeled well, despite the host not being able to speak/understand English very well. They had coffee and toothbrush available, as well as towels. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

You could hear every move of the guest staying in nearby rooms, but that is nobody's fault.

The staff are very kind, to the point of doing and folding my laundry. The room was clean and comfortable. It's not a 5-star hotel, but offers excellent value in its price range.
