The staff was extremly helpful, when requested for a curd rice at night after restaurant was closed, staff did not hesitate to help us out (since we missed the closing timing) before she ended her shift. Very much appreciated

Heater requested to the room costed extra. when comfort of the room need to met as a criteria ,room heater should be included as a comfort not as an option.

It was a very pleasant stay! The rooms are very clean and super comfortable..

Small issue chargeable, we are regular with Radisson Blu hotel. Joint oil stain they charge bedsheet cost I didn't except from them..

Property has lot of rules and regulations like your college hostels and there was no wifi option Lack of communication between owner and caretaker of property that made us to wait near gate for sometime I read lot of reviews about owner and how they maintained and we felt those are not real as it’s completely maintained by caretaker and one maid

Property was exceptionally well maintained. We can see the taste and interest of Mr. Paul and his family in maintaining the property and taking care of the guests. They have books, games and play area as well which can keep everyone in the group happy. The staff also were so approachable at any time. We can take advice from Mr. Paul to visit the best places in Ooty instead of going to the regular places like any other tourist. We liked the place so much that we spent one evening completely in the property instead of going out.

The hospitality was par excellent. Specially Mr. Paul was very kind and helpful. He arranged the entire trip and it was exceptionally good. The food was freshly prepared and the staff was very gentle and nice.. Rooms were near and tidy... Property location is also central...

Our stay at Ooty was a FABULOUS one in hotel Paradise Perfect. Its location, amenities cleanliness, food quality and above all, staff behaviour are really nice and praiseworthy. But the most heartwarming and helpful experience came from Mr Paul and his young colleague at the reception desk. Besides arranging a reliable cab driver for our whole itinerary from airport to airport, Mr Paul replanned our itinerary so beautifully realising our dislike for crowded touristic places. He knows so much about the history, culture and nature of Ooty and its surroundings! Thank you Mr Paul for everything you offered at PARADISE PERFECT

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Paradise Perfect with my family, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to local attractions, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service from the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. One of the things I appreciated most about this hotel was the peaceful and serene environment. It was such a relief to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy some quiet relaxation time. Additionally, the hotel had a small playing area for kids, which was a great addition for families with young children. The breakfast at Hotel Paradise Perfect was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. But what really impressed me was the cab service the hotel arranged for us at a reasonable price. It made sightseeing so much easier and more convenient, and we were able to see all the top attractions without any hassle. Overall, I cannot recommend Hotel Paradise Perfect enough. With its great location, friendly staff, peaceful surroundings, and convenient cab service, it truly exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation, this is the hotel for you!

One area where the hotel could improve, however, is in the lack of room heating system. While the peaceful and serene environment was very relaxing, it could get quite chilly in the rooms during the evening and early morning. It would be a great addition if the hotel could provide some kind of room heating system, whether it be in the form of portable heaters or central heating.

Friendly owner and staffs. clean, kids play area and play boards, tasty breakfast, big toy car with kids bed in the room, kids bed at the top.
