We loved the quiet location and the view from our balcony. Great breakfast and staff, lovely pool.

The shower wasn't great, needed fixing and a bit of minor maintenance required for the water stains on ceiling.

The room was nice and clean. With a lot of light. Breakafast was ok. The staff helped us with all the requests. At least two good places to eat at less than 5 min.

The villa was located around 20 minutes drive away from Ubud city centre which was not a big issue for us as we engaged a driver, or simply went by Gojek/Grab. We were surprised by how big the villa was, as it's basically two one bedroom villas connected by a connecting door to form the two bedroom villa. The two bedroom villa was also located closest to the reception area and entrance, which was very convenient. Overall the villa looked very new, toilet was functioning well, and generally kept very clean. Do expect for bugs and insects to make their way into the villa, as is the norm in Bali. The fact that the entire compound (living room, dining area) was enclosed and fitted with air-conditioners was a very huge plus point. The staff were also very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this villa if you don't mind the distance to the city centre, it's great value for the price.

Personally not a fan of so many bugs and insects, but this is a Bali-wide phenomenon. I did feel that the bedsheets felt very odd in terms of texture. It wasn't typical cotton sheets, and felt a little velvety which is just odd to me.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. the villa is located a little off centre, very quiet and less crowded place. pool and room was very clean. worth the money for sure!

breakfast options were a little limited for pure vegeterians, but the staff was really cooperative and customised our food according to our needs.

A hotel that deserves five stars, and I will mention why I said this: I will start with the hospitality staff, they were all wonderful and helpful, especially ega, who helped me find tourist attractions in and around Ubud. I also left my luggage with them to go to Nusa Island, and they did not ask me for any money for that, even though this service It is not free in all hotels, the breakfast was good and varied, the hotel is frankly excellent, an average swimming pool, but it is enough for everyone. Beautiful nature in and around the hotel. The hotel restaurant overlooks nature. Clean rooms overlooking the pool. I advise everyone to come to tri dewi residence. You will rest and clear your mind. First, the staff was very helpful and friendly at all time and I had a couple of questions and booked a tour to mount agung with them, which worked out perfectly. Our Apartment was Lovely - the bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed a bath outside looking over the rice fields!

The staff, especially Ega, were all helpful and welcoming and they booked our transport on several occasions including the ferry for our onward journey. The taxi was a good price and the driver was informative. We wanted to be a little outside of Ubud centre and this location was perfect. Accessible for activities but away from the hullabaloo. 😅 The breakfast choice, like all inclusive breakfasts, was limited but we enjoyed what we had. The room and bathroom was very spacious and the balcony overlooking the pool, a nice touch. We made good use of the pool. The view of the rice paddies and wildlife was fabulous as was the local restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Maybe the soundproofing but it wasn’t really an issue for us.

Breakfast was decent. You're supposed to order in advance which wasn't clear when we booked or checked in. Service was glacially slow without having ordered in advance. We were relaxing so that wasn't a huge problem but a point against.

Great people working in the hotel, open to help and consult, beautiful location, unproblematic rent of scooter possible in the hotel.

Unfortunately we arrived at the season when the rice fields were burning, so most of the time we had to close the windows and the clothes we left on the balcony smelled afterwards. We recommend to the hotel to include the information about field work for this season, so that people could make a decision.

It's hard to set the air conditioning, cleanliness could be better but it's still one of the best hotels I've been to

- Quiet location with a wonderful view of rice terrace (room no. 4) - Pillows are good (with different sizes) - Friendly and helpful staffs - The balcony is really relaxing from our room. We usually chilled there in the morning and afternoon.

- A lot of ants in the room - You will need a scooter to roam around since the location is a bit far from good restaurants and ubud city (there is I think only one restaurant that closes by the hotel but the taste is not that good) - the parking for a car is a bit tricky since the parking space is only small and already full with scooters

The staff were absolutely amazing, everyone of them had a smile on their face. They were quick to great you when you came back to the hotel after checking out. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is lovely and positioned so the sun hits it most of the day. The food was also very nice and a good price. Excellent value for money and we didn’t want to leave.

EVERYTHING OKAY, HOTEL IS FAR FROM CITY AREA, WITHOUT TRANSPORT DIFFICULT TO GO UBUD CITY.

Absolutely love this place! Super calm with a feeling of a privite villa. Super clean and comfy bed! Wi-fi was ok, zoom calls with video didn't work well but in overall it was good for a work espessially with a view from dining area on the second floor.

I live in a room near sunbeds so talking of guets was pretty noisy sometimes.

Beautiful building & paddy view. Quite newly built. Staff was really friendly. Room was big enough, clean & very comfy. Quite calming. Theres a western food restaurant nearby just 2mins walk to go for dinner overlooking the paddy field as well, food was great. The location is okay, just 10mins drive to Art Street shops. A mini mart is just 3mins walk down.

Breakfast was not included— thus +75K/person. To go to lobby and rooms, all stairs. There were no ramps for us to go up with stroller (we travel with kids) but it was not that bad. Its a cute boutique villa.
