This accommodation was in a fantastic location with everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. The beach is a stone throw from the apartment and made a great backdrop when sitting on our patio before heading out for the evening. Kitchen facilities were good but there was no oven but there is a microwave oven. The fantastic La Mirada restaurant is opposite and the apartment is a short walk up to bars and clubs and a taxi rank. I could not fault this location. There is private parking on site also which was an added bonus.
The apartment has everything needed but there is no pool. However, there is a pool you can pay to use attached to the restaurant La Mirada or if eating/drinking you can use the pool at Hotel La Zenia which is opposite the apartment. The only thing I didn't like was having to say goodbye. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location . Easy parking with lots of space. Beside the sea and sea walk.
Sewerage smell from Bathroom , usually at night . Thankfully it stayed in there and did not travel throught the apartment. Suposedely it is "wind related " , and we did have a few windy nights. Bathroom could do with some work to modernise and getter better water traps to prevents smells.

Very clean and comfortable. All the ammenities needed for a longer stay. Beautiful sea view. Wish we had been able to stay much longer.
Not knowing how to close the blinds to stop the light coming thru during the night.
The couches should be treated with scotchguard as they quite stained

Room/Property very nice felt safe, beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere , quiet property. Short stroll to very nice Cafe/Restaurant with beautiful Mediterranean / beach /coastline views.
I may have missed it but did print off received information , when i arrived i needed gate code for vehicle entry finally got through on one of several different phone numbers and given code # first room was not what i asked for but person on phone quickly had correct room to move to, worked out good and no other issues.

The hot water and shower facilities were good.
The phone wasn’t answered when we arrived, despite trying multiple times. Thankfully I speak Spanish, so called over to a cleaner who called for us.
The room has twin beds, despite showing a double in the pictures. The wooden windows meant outside noise was very loud. Sleep was interrupted by the noise and the extremely uncomfortable beds.
We would not recommend this facility or return.

Leuk en groot terras.
Prijs is ok.
Regelmatig geen water. Geen verlichting boven de spiegel.
Gedateerde keuken en badkamer. Slechte zetel.
Slechte isolatie waardoor je het lawaai van buren hoort.
Verlichting niet gezellig, koud.

Fabulous Coastal walk on the doorstep
I have stayed in Shoal previously in a couple of different apartments which have been great. On this occasion our apartment was smaller and the balcony was very small, however we enjoyed our stay. On my next stay I will try to book one of the previous apartments.

We had a wonderful summer vacation in Shoal apartments...Sleeping and waking up wirh the sound of the waves, morning coffee with a wonderful view... The apartment was clean, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable... We will definitely book again...

We have stayed in Shoal apartments a number of times, Host sends a text with code and room number including where to find the keys. We love the location, overlooking La Zenia beach and Cala Captain. this is our go to place in this region

To actually get into the complex was not easy , I didn’t not get any message giving the gate code ,so we had to keep shouting out for someone to let us in ,
BUT once we got into our apartment, Wow , the views from every window was amazing, a very spacious 3 bedroom Family apartment.we will return when the weather is warmer, a week in La Zenia in February I don’t recommend,
But I recommend apartment 18 for the amazing views
There isn’t anything I can say was not nice , apart from being cold , but that’s not the fault of the apartment

the staff were fantastic with their pre-arrival information on where to go and how to get in. really appreciated considering the time we arrived
there was s as slight muskiness to the apartment. could have been because we stayed during low season so may not have been used for a while before us.
