Superb customer service by all staff. They were very understanding and considerate. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The location is in the centre of everything and is bang opposite the Holy Trinity Cathedral and that was exceptional. They gave us the balcony with views all around and that was another bonus. Everything of importance was within walking distance.The airport transfer was another wonderful add on which simplified transport for us. The room was comfortable and spacious and the facilities were beautiful. The breakfast was good and filling. We could not have asked for anything better. Thank you Maria Luis staff for the care and the wonderful time we had in Tbilisi.

Not only is this hotel clean and comfortable, but it also provides little extras that go a long way, and the staff also went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The receptionist came out and helped us find the hotel and park our car. They also gave us wine glasses so that we could enjoy some wine on the balcony. They provide a scale downstairs which helped when packing out bags to fly back home. We would definitely stay here again.

There was no bidet spray in the toilet, but this is a somewhat common problem in Georgia (only about 50% of hotels have them).

Hotel molto carino dall esterno, proprio di fronte alla cattedrale. Camera pulita e zona comoda e abbastanza servita, con qualche localino/ristorante nei paraggi e la metro Avlabari a 10’ a piedi

Camera per niente insonorizzata, colazione a buffet abbondante ma non buona. Rivedrei le opzioni dolci (pancake bruciacchiati e le due torte disponibili per niente invitanti e il sapore ancor meno, purtroppo abbiamo lasciato tutto)
