The host was super amazing and will keep in touch with you before your arrival and the building is super safe and accessible to nearest grocery, restaurant, museums, Batumi Boulevard and beach is 10-15 minutes walk too! I loved the view from the balcony and how it made me feel like I'm home, comfortable.
