Resilienza

Ci siamo trovati benissimo il personale molto gentile e disponibile la colazione abbondante e soddisfa tutti i gusti ... peccato solo una notte

Era tutto perfetto

Struttura molto pulita, staff molto accogliente, stanza molto grande e attrezzata, bagno e doccia incredibili. Possibilità di parcheggio in struttura. Colazione inclusa. Super consigliata per alloggiare poco fuori Venezia.

Nulla. Tutto veramente ottimo. Forse stanze poco insonorizzate, ma comunque pochi rumori.

The cat greeted us as we arrived late. Very spacious room and bathroom, fantastic shower.

The room had a musty smell, as if I had just opened an old wardrobe in an antique museum. Couldnt figure out how to have the bathroom fan turn on.

Quiet and clean place.

We stayed here a couple of nights some 2 or 3 years ago. I can only say that since then the quality went down. What I mean by this? I don't remember at that time having problems with not having internet - now the wifi and also the bars on our phones were non-existent. When we raised this issue, at the moment when we left, we were told that we can buy from the reception sim cards on which the internet would work. Also, the bed was way too soft and there was no backboard to the bed which made sitting in the bed with the back to the wall and laptop in our lap to be very uncomfortable. Btw, the AC can only be set to drop 3 degrees maximum upwards or downward from the current room temperature. And it's very hard to do it from the room and I think writing to someone on WhatsApp, as we were told, so that you ask to increase or decrease the temperature, is not the way to got.
