Nice and newly installed facilities
Lack of staff onsite , almost total lack of english on arrival, i had to pay CASH in Euros on arrival , so so inconvenient, it was a bank holiday too !

Having been to more than 30 countries i have never faced such an unprofessional behaviour.
No one spoke English but only Spanish. The check in was made at 19:00 under pressure. We found hair on bed. Very vague and unclear information about the parking and its cost.
At the check in that was made by the cleaning lady (who could also not speak english at all) a document was given to us to sign it and it was only in Spanish. When i asked to have the doc in english she said “no no no, it is normal”. The lady said in Spanish to pay her with cash for which we were never informed beforehand. The smallest room i have ever seen without even a chair to place your purse or a hanger for clothes.
BUT MOST OF ALL, during covid period, there was no hand soap in the room but only two small “envelopes” with shampoo and shower gel. When i kindly asked for some soap, through booking messages, the employee said that we already had the 2 mg of shampoo and explicitly said “that’s all”.
No wifi working and no refrigerator for at least some cold water during summer. Early in the morning the employee texted us that our well working credit card was invalid thus creating us another problem (soon after the card was ok but the issue was already created). Extremely pricey given what is offered. Would definitely recommend to stay away!
