Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff/management who go over and aboard to ensure that your stay is the best possible experience. Breakfasts are always delicious with a good variety of choice and cooked to order. Very quiet and warm room with a lovely view. Parking.

A small hotel with onsite parking and very convenient for Largs yacht haven with a nice view over the bay. Basic but very clean accommodation with a modern bathroom including rain shower. Friendly staff and a first class breakfast.

Hotel easy to find on main road just out of town centre, room was large with loads of storage space and an extra small sitting area. Amazing view over the estuary. Large well appointed shower room with good toiletries. Excellent breakfast, staff friendly and efficient.
Everywhere was clean but overall decor and furnishing rather old fashioned and tired. No mirror near a plug for hair dryer.
