Very close to Asakusa station , clean.

Miscommunication from staff. I had to move rooms during mid stay and it was very inconvenient. And different front office staff gives different advices.

It was easy to find, had a lift and staff friendly. A quiet area, but close by to bars and restaurants.

La stanza estremamente piccola. Non c’è un armadio quindi si deve tenere tutto dentro la valigia, ma non c’è abbastanza spazio per tenere la valigia aperta. Quindi ogni volta che si vuole qualcosa dalla valigia si deve aprire e poi richiudere la valigia per metterla in verticale.

The staff were friendly and we were able to communicate via a translation app. They were able to move me to a different room the next night after I noticed an issue. The hotel has two washing machines and two dryers. The location is also very convenient for tourist locations in Asakusa and the metro/ train lines.

I stayed in this hotel on two occasions and had inconsistent results. The first time I stayed, the room was generally clean except for the window sill which is right by the bed and could have gotten the bed dirty if you opened the curtains. The second stay I had worse luck for room cleanliness. For this stay, the first room I was assigned had a bad smell coming from the carpet. Granted it may have been missed as it was most noticeable from the bed and less so from other parts of the room especially when the AC was on. The second room I was moved to smelled better but unfortunately the walls were quite dirty and could have used a wipe. The essential things like the bed and bathroom were clean but some extra attention to other areas would make for a more comfortable stay.
