Very spacious and modern basement flat. Big bedrooms, and a lovely lounge area.
Wasn’t aware we were in a below ground level / basement flat, so had a set of stairs to navigate with our suitcases. Be warned, it is slightly loud in the main bedroom as it the closest to the street so a lot of street noise comes through, and Ladbroke Grove is quite a busy road.

Easy 2 min walk to the tube. Was really clean and beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything you’d need.
Maybe another chair at the table as there we 3 of us.

Clean, furnished reasonably well but poor workmanship on the fit-out of the apartment
Much noise from the apartment above, resembling a parade of elephants.
Bathroom extractor fan not working so the bathroom not fit for purpose and constantly steamed up
