Chambre D'hôte La Beaudine

Travelling alone for a wedding nearby, and Virginie was very sweet with making sure I felt comfortable and would offer to drive me into town if I needed! The room was beautiful and full of original textile designs which gave the room so much charm. Loved my stay and would visit again!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück mit frischer Baguette, Gipfel und selbstgemachter Konfitüre wurde im Garten unter den Bäumen serviert, sehr schön und gemütlich. Schönes altes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit viel Umschwung. Herrlich ruhige Lage,ohne Auto allerdings schwierig.

Das Badezimmer war zwar fürs Auge sehr ansprechend, aber völlig unpraktisch - es ist schnell alles nass, kaum Ablageflächen, Aufhängmöglichkeiten fehlen auch; für kurze Aufenthalte aber schon okay.

The hotel was not expecting me even though I had booked earlier in the week (second time this has happened when booking through Booking.com). I was in a room that had no windows that could be opened. It was incredibly hot once the door was closed (no fan available). It would have been nice to know there were no coffee making facilities in the room. There are problems with the WiFi at the moment so Wifi was only available in the main section of the house (while this is unavoidable sometimes it would perhpas be good to mention on the website that teh 2 rooms on the side dont get Wifi?)
