The shuttle was a great service offered and the information regarding how to get to it was clear and super easy to follow. The hotel itself is in a bit of an 'industrial' area but it's clean and did exactly what we needed it to do (layover sleep).
the view outside the window was a little bit derelict but otherwise it was a great stay with a comfy bed and helpful staff. I would have loved it if there was information in the room about the restaurant, food options or going out options - there was none there - a little booklet of info would be great.

What attracted me was the free shuttle to airport terminal. Hotel staff were really polite, helpful and pleasant. Room were booked for about 10hrs as we had to check out midday and our flight was next day early morning. We used Metro and a short taxi ride to hotel.

Short stay, luckily. Hotel is OK spot for the one night stay before take off at Pudong. It is very simple but the most important thing "the bus" is on time.....
