Fantastic location, amazing views, great facilities including the pool, room was very spacious with a good shower. Bedsheets and towels were replaced every day. Filtered water available on 3 floors. Check in handled professionally by staff at reception even when we booked online 30 minutes prior. Fantastic, highly recommend.

Very close to the main attractions in Bukit Bintang including Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC and the Pavilion shopping mall. There's many, many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located such that the noise from bars is not heard at night. Great rooftop area. Spacious room, comfy bed, attentive staff. Great value for money! Note that parking and a restaurant are not available at this hotel.
For some reason one of the towels in my room had so much hair in it, it was clean, but had so many hair strands in it. The room was clean but more attention to detail could be implemented - there was mould in the shower tiles as well as build-up in the frame of the bathroom. Overall though, a pleasant stay :)
