This was our third visit to Elements Villas. The outside space and view remains fantastic. There are various areas to sit and relax during the course of the day and the location itself is perfectly positioned for a nice walk into Pefkos as well as a short taxi ride to Lardos.

The villa was nice internally although a bit tired in the bathroom areas......perhaps this was to do with being the end of the summer period although the expectation is that standards should remain regardless of time of year. One of the bathrooms on the ground floor had an unpleasant smell from the water drain which was reported (through WhatsApp), and while it was acknowledged that someone would look at the issue, unfortunately no one appeared. There was a question raised on the cold temperature of water for showers (via booking.com app) and to check if this was a fault as a result of a stormy day although again no response was provided. The water temperature remained inconsistent for the week which was disappointing given it had been reported.

The size and decor are fabulous, we stayed in 2 of the villas (planned) so there is slight variation in decor (and our second was less accessible for the goats- the second was a bit better condition overall). Pool is generously sized. BBQ area perfect. We didn’t mind about the walk into Pefki & got our steps in daily. The views are stunning.

The cleaning arrangement. We have done villa stays before in Greece to similar standard with daily cleans. We had fairly frequent towel changes but would have preferred a structured clean every two days or so (not a full bed change but general). A few regular size plates would be helpful too.

Elements exceeded our expectations. Place was big, airy and very comfortable but the real star was the pool and the view. 5 minutes walk to nearest shops and restaurants and 15 minutes to Pefkos.

Nothing.

Nice view, lovely big private pool, good air conditioning, frequent provision of towels including beach towels, privacy, away from crowds and yet close to supermarkets and restaurants, water in the fridge upon our arrival, direct messaging with the owner and responsiveness to requests and fast problem resolution, car garage for the villa

Ants everywhere, wild goats daily visits to drink from the pool and leaving droppings around the premises, lack of and dirty kitchen equipments and cutlery, poor ventilation of the ground floor bathroom, no housekeeping during the week of our stay
