Tea Gardens Hotel

Our second time staying at Tea Gardens Hotel. Great location, very spacious rooms, great for a one-night stop over or I can imagine it would be a great family friendly spot. Just be conscious that they have live music most Friday and Saturday nights, so it can get very loud during those times. Hotel is also pet friendly which is very convenient for those travelling with furry friends. Limited parking available (all uncovered) but plenty of street parking around. Overall quite basic but a pleasant stay.

Great setup - clean & spacious, and everyone was lovely. Traveling solo with a pet, no problem!

Minor - but bring your own hairdryer.

Low key. Friendly staff. Plenty of eat options. Great walks.

Quite near the road so some traffic noise.

location cant be beat and after driving for 12+ hours it was great to be able to check in, shower and have dinner at the one location. the motel is central, on the river, perfect to walk your dog and the food was delicious.

other families left their dogs unattended for hours - HOURS! - guests with pets were next to each other so the dogs barked uncontrollably setting each other off!! the dog owners in the room right next to us left their dog until midnight - it was barking and scratching at the door relentlessly - and that set our dog off.... and all the others! we didn't sleep until midnight. This is not necessarily the motels fault, however, they could insist that pet owners do not leave their dogs unattended!! and check that this is being adhered to?
