Water heating is done with some kind of flow heater, you get 20 seconds od boiling water, then 2 minutes of ice cold, then boiling again. Only one very dull knife in apartment.

The add says under facilities, Parking and WiFi , I had to park 1km away , I questioned them about it , But no satisfaction from them , I kind of got from them they do have a special park place behind the gate , But they would not give me the space number , I got the feeling they wanted to gouge for more money , So to me it ruined my whole trip

Owner has No Manner of Host Behavior, No Guest-friendly-attitude. No service mind at all. Instead to help guest to clarify problem with WIFI and TV channel signal, he told me to call VODAFON by myself to solve wifi problem. He advised me to setting the TV channel instead of clear instruction how to adjust or send staffs to fix problem. The room is over price in my opinion, 150 Euro/Night. During heavy discussion abt problems (Wifi+TV) he just break the line over the sudden in stead of bring the conversation to an end. Committed to come to fix Wifi between 11-12.00, but came at 13:00. so I lost time to stay and enjoy my day, but need to help owner to solve his property issue. which he didn't recognized it. Some towels looked with very old and should not offer to guest. It is to be remarked that we pay 150Euro/Night .

Location is very good. It is Close to River, Supermarkets are near by , S-Bahn is at 10 min walking distance. Shopping areas are also very near at walking distance. Wifi is good. Access to Laundry room is provided on request.
