The property was clean, smelt fab and was well appointed.
The owner very promptly answered the couple of questions asked.

Cleanliness. Location. Attention to detail...instructions for appliances, kitchen utensils, adaptors for multiple mobile devices.
Common area access to the apartment is a little dingy. Stone staircase to top floor.

Apartments allow for room when travelling...liked the ability to wash.
The apartment needed a clothes airer for use after using the washing machine, not just a dryer. With four adults using one bathroom...the owners need to address the speed of the flushing toilet.

First of all, the original property wasn't available because of boiler of issues so I was offered a different property in the same locale.
The location was good.
Space apartment.
Reasonable level of comfort.
Could have done with a one or two page welcome document detailing the usual, WiFi codes, how to operate the heating, etc.
The apartment was freezing when I arrived took a full day to warm up.
The smoke alarm was beeping, which I had to reset the battery.
Bits of the apartment weren't entirely clean - such as the kitchen and the bathroom. The oven needs a deep clean.
