Breakfast was nice. The staff not so good, the girl asked for our room number then said enjoy your breakfast. Didn’t explain where we could sit or explained about the food.

Upon checking in the lady said your in room 112. Didn’t explain where it was what floor, never mentioned that the bar was closed did we want food. Not very friendly at all.

Room was clean and well presented. All staff encountered were very friendly and professional. Breakfast had a very good selection, certainly nothing more you could expect.

I do always take issue with having to pay for car parking in the hotel's own car park, especially since you have to walk round the whole building to get in. Fortunately, there is a much more reasonable car park the same distance from the front door. Mattress is very firm but I appreciate that will always be personal preference. I did think that £15.30 for a glass of chardonnay is a bit on the expensive side.

The welcome cookies were very good.The hotel was clean and beds comfortable.The breakfast was pretty good.

Just prior to my visit.I recieved an email offer for 20%of the restaurant.I decided to book to be told the restaurant was being revamped.So, why send the email? The car park was pricey when there was one much cheaper across the road.I thought it might be cheaper if you were staying in the hotel.My main issue was information.I appreciate breakfast and check out times may differ on diffrrent days, but we were told breakfast was up until 10am on Mondays, in fact it was 9.30am and so it felt rushed, although the breakfast was good.We were told check out was 12noon then 11.am..So, times were just not clear.
