The staff is nice. Bella worked hard and took good care of us. We felt cosy and comfortable at the accommodation; especially, my daughter could run up and down, feeling safe and content.

The bathroom in one of the rooms was smelly and in average condition. We were later changed to a different room, which was in much better condition.

Bella and her family truly made the stay wonderful. She made sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She cooked us flavourful varied meals each day, organised the tours and was always there if we needed anything. The location conveniently located next to pier. Private boat transfers from Manado can be arranged through the homestay or you can take the public ferry. Rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable with a strong AC, i really enjoyed the vibe.

Nothing that was a big issue, there were ants in our room. Nothing to do with the property but be mindful that the islands water supply is on the salty side due to the groundwater being within close proximity to the sea, which includes the showers, but drinking water is supplied plenty.

Bella is an amazing host. Her cooking is fantastic, some of the best food Ive had in Indonesia. Tours and activities are well arranged from the hotel and never had any issues with transport, communication or timing. AC in the room worked well and the area is very relaxing.

Shower and general water in the room is somewhat salty, although I understand this is an island thing and not something to do with the hotel itself. Still has hot water tho so not too bad all in all.

De verzorgde maaltijden die grotendeels door Bella werd verzorgd. De locatie is pal aan zee. Wij hebben een onvergetelijke tocht gemaakt om dolfijnen te zien. En die waren in grote getale aanwezig. Wat een mooie ervaring.

De communicatie over de boot die nodig was bij het ophalen bij aankomst. Er was vooraf niets gemeld over een boot of ben ik de domme gans ? De laatste nacht was eigenlijk voor niets geboekt, omdat de boot niet kon uitvaren vroeg in de ochtend om ons weer naar de airport te brengen. Wij moesten een extra nacht boeken in een hotel in de stad. En over compensatie werd moeilijk gedaan. Men kon boeking.com hierover niet bereiken werd gezegd. Ons werd meegedeeld dat het vaker voorkwam. Dus toekomstige boekers voor dit verblijf : let op boek je laatste nacht in een hotel in de stad. En wij vonden de inrichting van de kamer aftands. De badkamer heeft een renovatie nodig, afgebladderde tegels. Vloerbedekking in de kamers en op de overloop. Fleecedeken, die waarschijnlijk door iedere nieuwe gast weer wordt gebruikt. Jammer als dit allemaal goed was geregeld zou ik geen moeite hebben om weer daar opnieuw te verblijven.
