Incredible location with a fantastic view from the private terrace. Very helpful, friendly and informative host. Good communication detailing the parking on the available on the main road (looking it up on google maps street view so we could identify the sign helped). We had everything we needed in this small self contained apartment for us to be able to cook ourselves etc., although Perast has great places to eat. There are a number of steps down to the property from the parking and then more steps to go down to Perast itself, but easily manageable if you are mobile. Kotor is easy to get to by car although there seemed to be regular buses as well. Boat trip out to the Lady of the Rocks was worth doing as well as the Kotor cable car.

Nice apartment with private terrace and incredible views that overlook the Bay of Kotor. It is set up a few flights of stairs from Perast’s promenade, so is quite peaceful and relaxing. We did not have a car, but it comes with a parking spot just by the road above. As others have mentioned, the have an adorable dog (Donna) who was very friendly!

The apartment was good but Perast has changed since our last visit 15 years ago. It’s still a beautiful spot, but use to be peaceful and now has opened itself up much more for tourism. The result is a bunch of annoying Instagrammers and inflated prices. This apartment price is completely appropriate for today’s Perast, but expensive for what you get.

Private dedicated parking was super helpful to have along with a cute outdoor seating area with a view and AC that worked great 👍 Miki was a helpful host. Would stay again!

The view from the balcony was amasing. It was quiet and very clean. The hosts are lovely. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. My case didn’t arrive at the airport and the host called the delivery driver for us to have it returned. We were very grateful.

We arrived by boat which was beautiful but it was very difficult climbing all the stairs up to the property carrying luggage.
