Somewhere we have evrything we need at shared spaces. Everywhere was clean.
Too much automation, didn't feel like ordering tea by putting number and KYC, when you have staff. A bit robotic, but yes all facilities were available

the food was great and freshly cooked
it was not clean anywhere, they didn’t change sheets and the staff slept in booked beds. the staff talked really loud late at night and turned on the lights in the middle of the night. the beds didn’t have covers so it was really visible. no one in the hostel talked English. the laundry was late and so on..
