Quite near from Seoul train station, you can just walk easily between them.
Keep in mind that at night once the Seoul station is closed, if you're coming back from the city center you may need to walk quite a bit to return though: It is quick if the station is opened since you cross the station from the inside, but if it is closed you need to walk around it for 15-20 mins to get to the other side and reach the guesthouse.
The bathroom was really small, and my room was right next to where guests would keep their luggage before/after check-in/out, so it was quite hard to open the room's door. The room was a bit dated and you could see some gaps in the floors: we saw a centipede in the room and it escaped through one of those wholes.

Location was amazing. Property is great at communicating, both before and during the stay. Rooms were good
Some bathrooms are tiny and the place is hard to find

Very near to the Seoul station
1. Gave a wrong message for check in. As we are arriving late , owner asked not to worry, he will put up the check in instruction at the main door. But found out that he didn’t did this way .
Message through Booking.com but no response.
So frustrated at midnight.
2. Not accessible by phone, number is outdated
3. Owner mentioned that the wifi password is on the Tv area, but not found.
End out found a number on another table , at another corner of the house, this number is without any indication. Found out to be the wifi password.
4. No check out instruction was given, have to ask .
