well located, short walk to village, and well equipped house. lots of space and great for a family weekend.

Location was unbelievable

The location was excellent, just a five minute walk to Carlingford town centre, Carlingford lough, the Fokelore park and a children's playground. It was less than a 20 minute drive to Newry. On the way to Newry there is a spectacular walk - the Greenway, stop at Victoria Lock and enjoy the views and walk. The house had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. We were a group of 5 adults and 7 children. There was 5 bedrooms with 4 single and 5 double beds. one bedroom ensuite plus a full bathroom and a separate toilet downstairs. The back garden is large and safe for small children with outdoor seating. The cooking facilities, TV, internet and comfortable space made our family break a lovely experience

The facilities were good with everything we needed. The location was convenient to walk into the village. The village is excellent.

The property needed a coat of paint and some new furniture and furnishings. Not sure what is happening in the development, but there are a lot of empty properties and the access to the shore is blocked.

Ample room in the property and the location was ideal for our purposes. Host and his assistant were very accommodating and provided help whenever required. Property was warm and generally comfortable.

Lack of kitchen equipment and general cleanliness of existing kitchen equipment. Welcome pack should be provided with details about operating the appliances/equipment, heating, refuse /recycling information and dates/times of collection.

Great location. Ideal for a trip away with a big group. Big garden with picnic bench. Clean with all the facilities.
