Location

The bathroom was terrible , water everywhere ..definitely they don't do much maintenance on the apartment...we complaint and they didn't care much...avoid not to be disappointed

El departamento es muy amplio, cómodo. Tiene una excelente ubicación. El anfitrión muy atento, se contactó inmediatamente después de la reserva y mantuvo un contacto fluido durante la estancia

Localização é espetacular. Tudo pode ser feito a pé nas redondezas da Recoleta, com acesso a restaurantes, bares, shopping, além de passeios culturais, praças, parques. Apartamento com tamanho muito bom e luminosidade. Banheiro completo, os mejores colchões. Destaco a atenção, pois nos receberam na porta do apartamento no horário combinado e estiveram sempre disponíveis por WhatsApp durante nossa estadia.

estaba lejos la recepcion del lugar, no tenia TV por cable y el internet era muy malo. Edificio muy viejo

It is a large apartment in a great location

It was probably once a nice apartment, but has been left to deteriorate over the years with little or no maintenance. The electrics look decidedly dodgy. And in the kitchen the cutlery drawer was grim and every single cup / mug was chipped, we soon gave up any idea of cooking in-house. The seal on the shower screen was missing meaning the bathroom floor flooded with every shower. Also the apartment is advertised as 2 bathroom - no - it is 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. I could go on, but finally to say I rent many apartments all over the world through Booking.com and this was definitely the worst I have stayed in.

The location was brilliant and the space in the apartment is great

More care needs to be taken on the presentation of the apartment. The bedroom with twin beds was cold and noisy for children. It would have got a higher rating if bath could have been used instead of just the shower.

Our flight got in late in the evening but that was no problem for Juan who was waiting at the property for us to arrive. He showed us how everything worked. The wifi didn't work but he was able to give us another hub and password which worked.

We didn't not like anything! There was an iron....but no ironing board! It would have been helpful to have had some information about the local area and getting around eg which bus/metro should we get to the centre, where the nearest shops were etc.

the fridge , the space and location of appartment,in kitchen cooker , simple but efficient washing machine. the beds are good.

Underlayers on the beds , so the matrasses should stay clean , they were n't. The bathroom neads renovation. For elder people narrow entrance in bath , the only possibility for taking a shower. There is no tube in kitchen for doing the dishes well or a washing-up bowl. There are to many pans who are to remove fot better ones. Nevertheless we had a remarkable time in the appartment with a daughter who speaks Spanish and was our guide although never been herefore in Buenos Aires.
