Fun, Fun, Fun descrive meglio la vostra vacanza Beach in questo meraviglioso casa sulla spiaggia. La vista dell'oceano è incredibile, sedersi sul ponte e godere guardando le onde che si infrangono. Con il suo 'proprio recintato Piscina privata e la vostra famiglia può godere di un bel bagno rilassante dopo giorni caldi oziare sulla spiaggia! Mentre vi rilassate e giocare in spiaggia questo cottage ben arredate e confortevoli, è la vostra casa lontano da casa. Ci sono un totale di 6 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi con 1 bagno di servizio. Le 2 cucine, 1 al piano di sopra e 1 al piano di sotto facendo cucinare su tutto il pesce locale un sogno. Per accedere al piano superiore, utilizzerai i passaggi esterni anteriori o posteriori. Adoriamo la doccia esterna chiusa. In serata gustare le attrazioni locali o rimanere e godere di film, musica o grande conversazione dalla piscina. Mentre si stanno facendo ricordi trascorrere le vostre giornate in spiaggia pettinatura, cattura le onde o avvolti nel pesce sulla splendida costa di cristallo. Everything was perfect and the owners were super accommodating and quick communication! We had a few houses rented for my wedding weekend and it was a fabulous weekend!

The overall cleanliness was the only thing that we thought was lacking. Don’t get me wrong the inside was fantastic but there was trash outside under the back deck. The outdoor shower is a bit to be desired. Meaning that there’s no temperature control and the water pools at your feet from all the sand that was failed to be cleaned up prior to our arrival. The location is the absolute best part of this house. You can be on the beach in 30 seconds. Wife, kids and I enjoyed the split bottom and top floor and all the amenities were as described! Would definitely rent again!

We had great time. The pool was such a treat and the owners kept it well maintained. We had enough bedrooms but the furniture made it feel a bit cramped. Traversing outside to go up or down the stairs was a slight inconvenience but overall it was a wonderful stay.

The house was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the pool. The location was wonderful. The only issue I had was a musk smell on the lower level. Would rent it again.

Property was great overall. Plenty of room. Short walk to the beach. The layout of the house was kind of odd. No inside access between upstairs and downstairs but worked out just fine for us! Fenced in pool area was much smaller than the pictures made it seem but overall nice. Water pressure was terrible. Took 20-30 to fill a bathtub to bathe kids. Also water temperature was Luke warm at best. All in all, great location, lots of positives but some things could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay. Our adult children and their kids loved staying there. Perfect location. Easy access to the ocean and two kitchens was convenient for us.

Perfect for a Family Vacay- Family with Toddler from Colorado stayed on the upper level with Grandparents and local Family had private area downstairs with 2 children and furbabies. Pool was cold but kids jumped in and enjoyed it! Great central location for all activities. Joyce our Property Manager was awesome!

Nice home and pool with amazing views and easy access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchens are stocked with plenty of dishes. Very clean and quiet for being on the main road.

The location and pool were perfect for our group. Joyce and the team from PDL were amazing and so responsive. I would highly recommend her if booking in that area. The house itself was ok. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Living areas and kitchens are small which made things a little tight for our group. The house is a little dated and the appliances are not great. The lower level definitely has a musty oder. The proximity to the beach was amazing. I would recommend this home if your vacationing on a budget which we were.

Our group of 10 plus two large dogs enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone loved the pool and the two minute walk to the very clean and soft sand beach. I liked that you could not access the bottom living area from inside to give both families privacy. We only saw each other if we wanted to. The only negative is that the downstairs living area does not have a full refrigerator. We would definately stay there again.

The house is very accurately depicted online. It does only sleep 12 instead of 14 from what we could tell. The kitchen is very small and could use some updating of dishes and silverware. The downstairs kitchen is more of an efficiency kitchen area. The fridge downstairs is dormitory type refrigerator. We used it to store all our drinks. The upstairs refrigerator has an ice maker and filtered water! No need to bring your own water! The house is listed for 12 people. We only had 6 with us and were comfortable. There is NO inside access between levels. You must go outside to access them. The pool area was clean and well taken care of. Overall, great house, just needs a little updating. Wifi was great. Our weather was perfect so we didn't even turn on either TV.

We loved being so close to the beach. Once we headed back from the beach to the house, we were able to enjoy family time at the pool for an hour or so before dinner. Loved the view of the ocean from the front and the bay in the back!!! All rooms met our needs and were comfortable.

Family vacation
The location of this property was ideal…short walk to the beach with a beautiful pool in the backyard! We had plenty of bedrooms for our entire family. Kitchen supplies and furniture could be updated.

While the size of the house and backyard were not as large as pictures resembled, the location and host were wonderful and everyone slept comfortably. Directly across the beach and delicious places to eat close by really sold this house for us. While the grass area in the backyard was smaller than expected, the pool was clean and heated! We spent most of our days in the beautiful pool and beach. Definitely recommend if desire a peaceful beach and backyard/outdoor time!! We would 100% stay here again.

Worked well for us
Nice older property, well-cared for and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for us as part of our group was fishing out of Swansboro for two days. Pool was nice, but unheated. With two active boys, the slip covers on the sofas were a nightmare. The kitchen worked for us for a
short stay, but would be difficult to cook in for a large group. Owner was very responsive to a text regarding Tv service problem on the the evening we checked in. As promised, someone called the next morning and had the answer…a simple setting changes took care of it. No other problems during our visit.

Perfect location
PRO:Our family had a wonderful week staying in this house. It was so easy to get to the beach and the pool was perfect. It was wonderful to have our family together again. We mostly all spent our time upstairs . Con: The downstairs could use a strong dehumidifier.

Together but Separate
Nice rental, served our purposes very well, easy access to the Beach and the Pool was refreshing. I understand from my daughter who stayed with her family in the lower level that it was somewhat darker and cooler with a smaller kitchen than what we had on the top level, but otherwise was acceptable. Location is the seller here, nice neighborhood, easy access to the Beach and to the many dining locations and shops , we would definitely consider it again !

Fantastic views and location to the beach!
This property was a perfect get-a-way for our family of 10. Beautiful views of the ocean and the sound and located directly across from beach access. At this time of year you can see the sun rise and set from the back porch. The home is a bit dated but comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to cook family meals. The pool is perfect, refreshing and cleaned every other day. We did have a problem with the septic system which was addressed with ease. There is a hose at the front which was perfect for us to rinse off our surf fishing rods, etc and there is an outdoor shower for use prior to entering the pool. Very professional dealings with the representatives of the property management company. All in all a great beach property and we would definitely stay there again.

Our family of 13 from all over the east coast came together to spend a week at the beach and had a fantastic time at this property. The backyard was an awesome addition for the kids as they had a pool to play in and the location was perfect for everyone as the beach was literally across the street.
We also enjoyed having two kitchens and two separate floors as the sleep-in crowd was able to have separate accommodations from the early risers.
The AC worked great, internet was fast, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. A great location and house!
