A great,large, room, with lovely views, very clean, warm and comfortable.
Unfortunately when we arrived at 8.30 pm our room had not been cleaned and it took some time to find a member of staff to help. When we did find someone he was very helpful and changed the room immediately and gave us an upgraded room for the inconvenience. He was very helpful.

The location is excellent. The room was very clean and big. This hotel was very relaxing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The property location was easy to find. The staff were kind and approachable. The self service area was nice and we had housekeeping everyday. We had a good experience
The location seemed a bit dangerous, but we didnt have any problems.
