Lots of space and had everything we needed. Ease of check in and check out and secure parking space

Location of the property was perfect, we were staying down for a theatre night and it was just 5 mins walk away, was spot on! Also I left my jacket at the property and I spoke to the host and they posted it back to me - went above and beyond! Would definitely stay again :) Thank you so much

Property is really close to the city centre was quite noisy for a Friday night - but it’s to be expected so it wasn’t a big deal

The place was clean and central but it was much smaller than the photos suggested. When you sit on the toilet your knees touch the heated towel rail (which didn't work) and there was nowhere else to let your towel dry. The fan in the bathroom didn't work either. The shower is supposed to have a a thermostatic valve safety setting when you turn it on and then you adjust the temperature to cool it. It didn't work. Silly me turned the water on and stood in the cubicle, thinking the water would initially be cold but it was so hot it immediately scalded my foot and lower leg. We messaged the owner who told me it shouldn't do that... but it did. They didn't even ask if I needed medical help or how I was and after that didn't come back to me about the towel rail or fan. They just ghosted me. We played with it for some time and eventually managed to get a (too hot) but useable temperature. But the water pressure was so weak it was not an enjoyable experience. If you aren't used to city centre living, at night it was very loud until about 2am. Also the Uber food delivery guys on motorbikes all meet up til very late in the car park opposite and revved their bikes up loudly. Bed was actually great but was crammed against the wall one side. I was also led to believe on the blurb that there was parking available for ten pounds. We discovered that wasn't the case and had to park in a council car park and paid fifteen pounds. Very very disapppointed. If I was home in Australia I'd be instructing my lawyer about compensation for being burned.

Shower dangerous/no pressure. Size of appartment was claustrophobic. Towel rail didn't work. Bathroom fan didn't work. Indifferent staff.
