The hosts were excellent. A special thank you to Yuliia, Rodrigo, and Carolina for going above and beyond to help me set up trips and for your bottomless well of knowledge on what to see and where to eat on the island.
The room was a good size and the sea view was spectacular.
It's a 15- 20-minute walk from the city centre. If you don't like walking, you'll need a car, or you can just get a taxi. I didn't mind the walking, as there's a pleasant road that goes by the sea.

Location was great with available parking. Breakfast was beautiful with lot of choices. On top that hosts were incredible.

Comfortable but small ocean view room. Walking distance to downtown area without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Relaxing pool and hot tub. Delicious, fresh breakfast with highest quality yogurt, fruit, breads, Azorean cheeses and local preserves. Excellent coffee!! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who are so helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations and travel tips. Obrigada Yuliia, Dina, and Rodrigo (spelling). Heated towel rack in bathroom. Praia de Santos is a gem and so much better and more reasonably priced than the Octant Ponta Delgada just a short walk away where we stayed before our flight out because this place was full. Octant “forgot” to bring our coffee and breakfast to the room at 6:30 as promised and never even apologized. Roof pool at Octant was cheesy as well.
Our room was a bit small, but it wasn’t a problem.

Great location with good restaurants in walking distance. Great staff, breakfast and decor
Dogs barking thru out the night, needed to wear earplugs. Door stop on the floor where you stand at the sink. We kept a bath mat over it as it hurt to stand on it accidentally. Magnifying mirror is mounted so high it was nonfunctional without standing on the foot stool.

This is a phenomenal property with wonderful, attentive staff. Clean and beautiful. Great location. Incredible breakfast. Comfortable beds. We loved it all. Especially Dina's breakfasts!

Absolutely perfect accomodation, very clean, modern, with wonderful stuff and great breakfast. Easy parking on the street, Ponta Delgada is great centre point for trips around island. We did not use pool, but it looked clean and lovely. I can not recommend this place more!

Located outside the city center, Praia is about a 20-30 min walk away from most main attractions. The place is adorable, very clean and welcoming. Terrific view of the ocean!!

The room exceeded the expectations. The bathroom is big and it had all the amenities.
- The recommendations for bars where to view the Final of soccer.
- The packed early breakfast was poor.

Absolutely everything, the decor is beautiful and makes you feel at home.
The girls working there are just fantastic, always happy to help and give advice on what to do etc.
Breakfast is wonderful and served in a very welcoming way.

Beatriz and her team were super nice!
They were always looking out for us, checking our arrival time, wrote us nice emails with lots of important and relevant information about the island and the food. They gave us the instructions for self check in, since we finally arrived after 8pm.
We found a very nice postcard on our bed, handwritten, and it all felt as a warm welcome home 💜
On the next day Carolina was super nice explaining us what we could do on the island, where and what we could eat, she recommended us restaurants and the most important Apps to monitor the weather in real time and to find the trails :)
We also had a very nice breakfast and a good night of sleep.
I would always come back here!

Great place!! The house is excellent anda very cozy experience.
The location is great with plenty of parking around an good access to the city centre or to the highway to go around the island.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet well prepared and includes plenty of options. The hotel was very accommodating for special dietary requests, in particular offering lactose free milk alongside milk and soy every morning.
From her you can get downtown in 5 minutes with a car and onto the main highway within a minute.

Everything about our stay was simply amazing. You instantly feel this familiar and cozy vibe when you arrive. The facilities are well located, lots of parking space if you have a car, or a super quick walk to Ponta Delgada. All the team is so welcoming and nice, always available to help, checking if everything is well, if they can support, and always with a friendly vibe. The room is great, spacious, with great storage space and a great bathroom, with nice little touches in it making the difference and adding to the experience. The breakfast is very complete, offering a lot of health options as well as great local delicacies ! The swimming pool area is very nice, spacious as well, and very quiet. 100% Recommend Praia de Santos 🙂
