Excellent location in the centre of Llangollen. Very comfortable stay
Location subject to quite a lot of noise from the street on Saturday night, but this did die down by 11.30

The apartment was so relaxing and had a really cosy feel to it. The bed was super comfy and the living area was too. The secret garden overlooking the river was so beautiful
There is some slight noise from the bars across tbe road which you can't hear once in bed.
The stairs down to the kitchen and back door are steep and take some managing but fine once you found a technique to get down them.

Stunning little property. Great location! The secret garden & summer house we spent hours in. The house is quirky on different levels, so characterful. You are right in the centre with lots of bars and restaurants in your doorstep. The free local parking permit provided saves at least £10 a day. The house is so well equipped, we were even gifted bread, milk & butter in the fridge on arrival. The host Bethan is super friendly & welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.
My only minor comment would be the flat screen tvs are wall mounted & fixed. So I couldn’t extend & tilt out to the sofa or plug a firestick into the hdmi.
