La ubicación cerca de la playa. Tiene cafetera de cápsulas. La amabilidad del personal. La ducha era bonita y bastante grande.
La cama era realmente incómoda. Es de muelles y muy antigua. Te hundes y se clavan en la piel además de hacer mucho ruido al mínimo movimiento. Tuvimos que dormir en el sofá todos los días. Además no había manta en el apartamento, tuve que pedirla. Se escuchaba bastante ruido de los demás apartamentos y estuvieron haciendo obras con taladro al mediodía. El suelo del balcón está bastante inclinado, no transmite mucha seguridad. La mayoría de los utensilios de la cocina estaban sucios. No hay plancha en la habitación aunque en el anuncio indica que sí hay. La escoba y recogedor es común se comparte por planta, lo cuál me parece bastante cutre! No hay ningún trapo.

The apartment was really clean and a bottle of water was provided as a welcome. The staff on the reception was nice. The additional camp-bed was provided free of charge. The quantity of towels was enough.
All above mentioned is a real credit for such kind of apartments (we had one on the 4th floor #403). I wish I took seriously the previous messages about awful beds - they were unbelievably awful! The beds are really like camp-beds, extremely creaking from a slight move! The mattresses are old spring mattresses horribly uncomfortable, causing back pain. I absolutely approve all the descriptions about pillows - cheap and shallow. So don't expect to have a nice full sleep during your stay in this accommodation. We asked for additional bed as the "sofa" in the kitchen is rather small for 2 children. Also bare in mind, there are no doors between the kitchen and the bedroom.
The amount of kitchen supplies is very poor.
In general the apartment needs full renovation, as walls are in stains, kitchen furniture and door trims are bulgy and warped, the shower glass is leaking, the balcony doors can't be closed firmly and can be easily opened from the outside.
The view from the balconies is "nothing to write home about" - slums.
Be careful leaving valuable goods there, as the safe was out of order, besides we experienced a suspicious crack of a stranger, who opened the door (as he said by mistake) while our card-key was inside it's wallet on the wall - we were shocked!
Special note for Ukrainians - we met lots of russian speakers there, both staff and visitors. May be russians own the hotel, but it's only our guesses.

I liked the large bathroom and the presence of a shower instead of a bath, the presence of large rooms, a kitchen with everything you need, the presence of a good air conditioning system
Unsharpened knives. No mugs 330-400 milliliters. Unavailability of rooms with two single beds. From time to time, the key card does not open the door and opens after 20 attempts

The location is very central. Apartment was modern and clean.
Good communication with staff re check in, we were running late and they called us.
Not enough kitchen equipment. There was no knife for peeling/ chopping just an enormous bread knife. No toaster or coffee/tea pot. There was a nescafe coffee maker that takes pods but they're quite expensive compared to using ground coffee. The bar closed early too. About 10pm. Went down for breakfast on our last morning and they only had croissants and bread.

The location is super close to the L1 train to Calella and the beach, there is a ton of free outdoor rock climbing super nearby. theres a beautiful coffee/shop restaurant below, the staff was wonderful. the place was quiet and cozy, the shower was hot and had awesome pressure
the toilet was broken and ran throughout the night, the freezer in the kitchen didn’t work.

Everything was fine. The receptionist young man was really kind and helpful. Every morning we saw the sunrise through the window.
The bedroom has not got a window.

The staff were great, couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The apartment is clean but a little dated, the kitchen had what was needed. perfectly situated for the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and train station.
The beds were very uncomfortable and the tv was in the bedroom not in the livingroom although it looked like it had been at some point. Not all the apartments have a balcony so if you want one make sure you pick "apartment with balcony" if you want one.

Cleaning every 4 days is rare. Then you need to leave the brush for the floor. Our room did not have a balcony, we knew about it - it's ok, but then why wasn't there a clothes dryer?

The stuff was helpful and friendly.
They arranged an extra desk for work by our request and fixed the broken shower.
The location is not far from the beach and the main street (5-10 minutes walk). You can also find supermarkets 5 minutes away from the apartment.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure good. Kitchen had all the basics that you need for a stay. Location: it's close to the station in a local area so outside touristy area if that's what you want, though nothing is very far away so it's not a big deal.
Facilities are a little worn, like the shower not having a rest on the wall because it was broken. Soap dispenser broken as well but for the cost it was reasonable and not a big deal. Going further from the centre the area felt a little rough. The emergency exit was being used during the night which felt a bit unsafe.

Really lovely staff and the place had everything you need for a few days. Close to the station and the beaches (including the dog beach in Pineda de Mar)
