Very easy self check in . Everything very self-explanatory. Very large apartment, clean . Pool basic but lovely.

Did not find the iron and think the towels could have been shanked during the stay.

Would be good to have some reading lights by the beds.

Dirty, smelly - balcony just over a restaurant. Nothing like the Photos, bee attack overnight …no comments, absolutely not recommended.

Sofa bed broke in middle of the night - it must have happened before because on checking what happened we saw it was poorly fixed with ducktape before. And no plugs for sink in kitchen and bath. Slow wifi.

Stayed in a superior apartment which was comfortable,clean, a good size & nicely decorated. A/C worked well. Good location for transport links in to the historic centre of Sirmione or further afield. In a nice area with plenty of restaurants. Nice, quiet swimming pool. Good communication with the host. Had a very enjoyable stay and loved Sirmione.

Superior apartment is for 4/5 persons and yet only 2 seats provided on the front balcony. The second balcony had no table or seating at all which was a shame as it’s a lovely space overlooking the gardens. The apartments look a bit tatty on the outside which lets the complex down. Nice pool but could do with some umbrellas. Towels not changed during the week so perhaps the hosts could provide 2 sets for guests.

Our host sent lots of information in a timely manner and was available in case we had any questions. The apartment looked exactly as it did in the pictures - it was a great size and had everything we needed. The pool was really lovely and there were plenty of beds and chairs. The garden was well kept and secure, and the area is very quiet and private. The parking space was in the basement, so convenient and cool. It was about 5 mins walk to the several supermarkets and the various beaches were about 10-15 mins walk. There were really lovely restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in every direction (one restaurant is behind the apartment block and three are across the road).

The air conditioning in the bedroom area was fine, however the air conditioning unit for the living/dining/kitchen area was not great, so we found it too warm inside. Being fussy - it would have been nice to have some extra (and bigger) glasses so we didn't need to wash up immediately.

The location is exceptional - 300m from the centre of Colombare, very easy to move around with the Navetta and fantastic communication from the owners. Lovely pool.

Not an issue but I couldn’t find the A/C remote for a couple of days. It was hiding under a bed.

missing some kitchen items like tea towels, chopping board, etc but otherwise it was perfect. the key for the apartment is 5 blocks away
