Really good value for the price; we stayed in a 6 person bedroom and were comfortable in the beds. It was really quiet and no sound from the street. The bathroom was overall clean and we had no issues with the check-in.
The showers are in the main bathroom and there is no privacy (the shower doors are transparent) unless you lock the whole bathroom door so it's a bit difficult to shower if you are planning to do that. Also there was quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Relatively close to the city centre of Amsterdam (by foot it takes you around 30min.). You'll need to take the free shuttle boat to get there.
Near the hostel there are plenty of paid parking spaces that are less expensive than in the city center.
It has the basics: bed with pillow and blanket, toilet with toilet paper, shower (wear flipflops), but no towels.
The property is not that clean and the lights in the room are quite harsh. Not the best blankets, but for 1 night it's OK. If you're a person that likes it clean and fresh, this is not your place to be.
