Hotel Arena Azul

Me gusto mucho la atención y amabilidad de la señora Berta y don Ciro hicieron que nuestros días allá fueran amenos y muy tranquilos, nos brindaron la información necesaria y nos ayudaron con el agendamiento de los tours, la comida muy rica y siempre estuvieron pendientes de cómo estábamos y como la estábamos pasando, todos los días se hizo limpieza a la habitación en general volvería sin pensarlo.

Todo nos gustó. No tengo nada negativo del hospedaje.

La limpieza del hotel es excelente, los dueños muy amables todo el tiempo pendiente del huesped

The hotel was very clean, and the owner Bertha was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and filling, with everything we needed for a great start to the day. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay! I would happily come back anytime!

I had stayed at it once before and enjoyed it. I enjoyed the mattress this time and that’s about it.

NO water. It was available from 06:00-08:00 a.m. BUT only by a bucket, there was still no running water in my bathroom. When I checked in and was told there would be water from 6-8 I thought that was in the evening but it wasn’t. NO electricity for at least 4 hours during the day, at the hotel. I checked and the other stores and hotels in town had electricity. No electricity = No wifi. Electricity went out again at midnight and was still off when I departed at 07:10
