The room was basic and could do with a bit of touching up, but it was clean , with Wifi and hot water. There was also a veranda to sit out on and a line to dry out towels etc. The location is excellent , it's very close to the beach but without the noise of the bars and restaurants. The owner Ainsley and houseboy Jush? were very helpful too.
No breakfast on site. Having said that , café Nikos which is on the beach and directly behind the accommodation had a really good American Breakfast for 380 rupees.
A small shelf in the bathroom would have been usefu.l

It is simple accommodation without TV, kettle, ....Every basic is there, everything working, very clean, comfortable. We prefere this kind of private accommodation better than hotel chain. We even received towels what we have not expected. Soap and shamoo you need to have your own. Location is very good, near shops and the beach. Owner is customer oriented and help with any issue. He even changed us money (very good rate). We used his taxi company as well from the airport. He offers you his services, but let you decide and give you time to compare prices. He does it not pushy way what is so unusual for India and get you feeling of family helper. There is washing machine option.
I was worried as booking.com claiming money would be charged 2 weeks before accommodation and I was not charged so I was not sure if reservation was valid. Paymant is expected in cash upon arrival. No credit card option. Payment type is incorrect on booking.com.

Property is in a prime location.clean and neat.Owner Mr.Fernandes is most co operative.overall good.I have decided to visit again with family.
A very small name board hiding behind trees.should have a big name board with direction mark was required near main road.
