Sehr schönes und geräumiges Appartement. Es hat alles funktioniert und es ist alles vorhanden, was es braucht. In nächster Nähe hat es Cafés und Restaurants um zu Frühstücken → sehr zu empfehlen und sehr lecker. Auch der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, dort gibt es auch diverse Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten... Lage: Etwas ausserhalb vom Centro, etwa 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar→ Kein Problem für uns. (Tipp: Wen man dann einmal doch zu Müde ist → Die Taxis sind günstig!) Dafür liegt die Anlage in einem ruhigen Quartier. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im La Serna sehr genossen.

Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir noch: Da wir von Booking den Taxi-Transfer vom Flughafen zum La Serna inkludiert hatten, wurden wir auch dort ausgeladen. Das heisst, wir mussten vom La Serna dann nochmals ca. 15 Minuten zum Receptions-Büro laufen, um die Schlüssel abzuholen und dann wieder zurück zum La Serna → Vielleicht wäre da eine vor Ort Schlüsselübergabe einfacher... Weiter haben wir ausserordentlich bedauert, dass der Pool immer erst um 11.00 Uhr geöffnet war. Das war sehr schade und hat uns geärgert, da wir gerne noch am Morgen einige Runden schwimmen wollten. Um 11.00 Uhr waren wir schon ausser Haus.

Location and size of apartment

Only 1 duvet was available for 3 beds, not enough pillows for 3 people. Leaving the keys in the apartment at the end , meant that we had to load the car, drive out from the garage, find somewhere safe to park then go back up to the apartment to leave the keys as you cannot exit the car park without the remote control. Also having to walk through the streets with bags of rubbish to find and then put in a communal bin is not ideal

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este apartamento y tiene todo lo que busco para estar en Málaga

The apartment was a good size and there was very little noise from other residents. We used the balcony a lot. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for clothes. The kitchen is well equipped but shabby in places. The area was pleasant and it took us only 20 minutes to walk into the centre of Málaga. The location is very handy for the railway station

The apartment wasn't fully clean. There were crumbs under the tables when we arrived and dirt on the floors came off onto our feet. The cupboard doors and other furniture had stains and the fridge and freezer had food residues. The kettle and kitchen bin were broken and the bin was dirty. Sunset Malaga Apartments replaced both of these promptly after I raised this with them but this should have been noticed and dealt with by their team before we arrived. Some furniture in the apartment is worn and needs replacing - sofa, kitchen stools, balcony furniture. There is wear on the kitchen worktop and a general lack of maintenance The directions to the parking garage were very vague - we were told that the road to find the garage entrance was in a parallel road (it isn't) and we spent 20 minutes driving round before we spotted the road shown in the photo. The photos and directions once inside the garage were good. I raised these issues with Sunset Malaga Apartments again after we returned. They offered 10% off our next booking but no compensation for this one.
