Sigiri Mount Villa & Restaurant

The owner was very kind, welcoming, and hospitable throughout my stay. I really appreciated his warm hospitality and helpful attitude, which made me feel comfortable and at home. The stay was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Anu and his beautiful wife looked after us so well. Anu gave very helpful advice about different activities and both he and his wife cooked us delicious curries with a lot of variety of foods I had never tried before. Great value. Our room was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches and the garden is lovely - a restful place to hang out.

Anu and his wife are very very friendly! They make delicious foods and really try their best for you. They arranged a Safari for us where we got to see many beautifull elephants in Miniriya national park. Would highly recommend to stay in Sigiri Mount Villa & Restaurant!

Breakfast was good and well-prepared. Despite some problems, the owners were very helpful and kind, always trying their best to make our stay better. With some improvements to the rooms and facilities, this could be a much more comfortable place to stay.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room we had was quite small having one double and one single bed, and there were a lot of mosquitos, which made it uncomfortable at times. Also there was no trash bin in the bedroom and the toiletries (hand wash, shower gel, shampoo) came in very small refill packaging, which wasn’t very convenient. The second day I had to ask for extra toilet paper as only one and halfway used was already in the toilet. Dinner wasn’t really to our taste as the food was too spicy for us. My aunt’s room also had some issues – three frogs appeared from the bathroom sink, which was quite surprising, and her boiler wasn’t working, so she had to use our shower instead.
