The rooms where big enough and the reception staff the best

The issue of cold water put me off, they tried to resolve it, but I never had a hot shower throughout our stay

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were particularly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of Allan and his team. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to our needs. They often checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated their flexibility and generosity in allowing us a complimentary late check-out at no additional cost. This was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's location is also excellent, right at the heart of the city, making it very convenient to access the main attractions, restaurants, and other amenities. Overall, the combination of the excellent location, comfortable stay, and outstanding service from Allan and his team made our experience very pleasant. We would happily recommend the hotel and look forward to staying there again.

Stuff very friendly, price is affordable, good value for money

No mosquito nets on windows, bed mattres was too soft, they changed it later...food is basic

The rooms were big and spacious, some staff members were very good and did go the extra mile. The location was good and it easy to find.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the doors would jam, 1 time we were locked out for over an hour. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff was not attentive at times. There was a time when we asked for a scissor and they never brought it
