Check in and check out were easy. The staff were readily available and also were helpful with luggage. I had an issue with the 1st room I stayed in and they changed my room, which I appreciated. The inner courtyard is pretty and the location is very convenient. The shower remains hot, which is something I look for in a stay.
I had an issue with the 1st room but I was able to move. The set up of the 2nd room was different but I worked around it. One evening there was some noise in the courtyard, but I don’t think this is usual.

I loved the family there and it was so clean and comfy the whole time I was there!
There was a bird next door to the property that was loud in the mornings but that’s nothing they can control 😁
