My kids absolutely loved the facilities and so did I!
It was a bit confusing to navigate but once we worked it out we were fine.

Comfortable and well appointed. Option to have Valet car parking was handy
Having to pay a $300 bond which take two or three days to appear back in your account. No where was this mentioned when making the booking. My daughter who was staying for a week only paid a $50 bond, me 1 night had to pay $300 which is more than the 1 night’s accommodation fee. If I had known I had to pay a bond I would not have stayed there. There are other accommodation cheaper with no bond.

Fast moving lifts
Lack of space, constant beeping in room from unknown source, uneducated staff, inconvenient changes of towers, level 6 closes after 10, small bed, no restaurant in hotel, no robe & slippers provided as usual in peppers.
